Key Responsibilities Handle high volumes of inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers, delivering clear and accurate information. Demonstrate empathy and active listening to effectively address patient concerns and inquiries. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality. Manage call flow efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service during peak hours.
