Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide accurate and clear information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions precisely using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve service quality. Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their concerns and enhance loyalty.
