Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally, maintaining high-quality communication standards. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficient problem-solving techniques to ensure positive resolutions. Document all customer interactions meticulously, keeping records current and organized in the system to support service continuity. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed departmental performance goals and improve overall customer experience. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products, contributing to revenue growth. Participate actively in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, supporting career development. What We're Looking For Required: Vocational training or equivalent educational background. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with clear articulation and professionalism. Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call center or similar fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations and customer needs.
