Crown Beverage Limited Pepsi Uganda is hiring dedicated Industrial Workers for our New York, New York facility. This full-time role is crucial in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets are met with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production demands. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to maintain optimal performance. Inspect products for quality assurance and follow safety protocols throughout production. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Document production activities and promptly report any issues to supervisors. Assist with inventory management and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and safety knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Proven skills operating industrial machinery and understanding manufacturing processes. Strong time management and teamwork abilities. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial worker role preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in an industrial setting. Reporting directly to the production supervisor, Industrial Workers collaborate daily with quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments to maintain efficient production flow and uphold our commitment to excellence.
