Information Technology Specialist-to Join Tiktok Tech Team

Key Responsibilities ：Troubleshoot conference rooms and perform basic AV checks and actually fix issues（ 80% are Mac OS system， 20% are Windows）Support event setups and resolve technical issues if neededConference room troubleshootingConference room InspectionAsset AuditBulk asset refresh (Laptop Wipe, Cleaning, Imaging)Manual Locker RestockComputer imaging when requiredIT equipment Move related(due to Office moves)Hardware issues (Device not powering on, Server Room devices)Basic network troubleshooting (as needed)Basic locker support for sites where applicable (e.g., restocking)Support admins with escalationssupport IDF routine inspections (as needed)Onboarding support and offboarding support (as needed)asset inventory assistance (as needed)Maintenance of Imaging Infrastructure'package acceptance and shipping (as needed)

Qualifications & SkillsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) is a plus.Experience: 1+ years in IT support or a similar technical role; familiarity with AV equipment and conference room technology is preferred.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Office 365, network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and printer/peripheral setup.Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Physical Requirement: Capable of lifting/moving equipment (up to 25 lbs) and performing on-site AV checks as scheduled (4+ times/month, 2+ hours per visit).
