Inside Sales

This job is a support role for our outside sales staff, with some customer facing responsibilities. This is an entry level position, which will provide a good base of knowledge and experience for future opportunities.
· Job responsibilities are to provide support for outside and inside sales activities such as:o Produce job quoteso Conduct product researcho Build submittal packageso Process customer orders
· Requirements:o A mindset that prioritizes customer serviceo Some familiarity with the construction industry and/or building supply industryo The ability to handle criticism without taking things personally (our customers’ communication style can be a bit rougher than other industries)o The ability to learn and retain new information about the products we sello Bachelors Degree; this requirement can be substituted for relevant work experience
· Preferred:o Experience in the construction and/or distribution industryo Experience working with Quickbookso Experience in sales
