Join COSP as an Inside Sales Executive in Bengaluru, Karnataka! We are looking for a motivated and dynamic sales professional to drive our sales efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage potential customers, present our products and services, and close sales deals to contribute to our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads. Develop a comprehensive understanding of COSP’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. Manage and update lead and customer interaction data using CRM software. Analyze customer needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Pass or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous. Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 1-2 years of sales experience is desirable. As an Inside Sales Executive at COSP, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified sales approach. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 and is based at our Bengaluru office. This role is not eligible for remote work.
