Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads and expand our client base. Develop a comprehensive understanding of COSP’s products and services to effectively communicate their unique benefits to prospects. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs, increasing conversion rates. Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM database to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress. Analyze customer requirements and customize solutions to meet their specific business challenges. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and supporting colleagues in a cooperative work environment. What We're Looking For Required: 12th Pass or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles. Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Previous experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
