Intake Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

Solvo Global is looking for an Intake Sales & Marketing Specialist to support a growing sales and marketing team. The role involves content creation, marketing automation, lead nurturing, website management, and AI-powered workflows. It is suited to someone who is organized, creative, tech-forward, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish marketing content across multiple channels.
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing, design marketing graphics and visual assets, and maintain brand consistency.
• Maintain and update the company WordPress website, including blogs, team profiles, event pages, and other site content.
• Keep website information accurate and current.
• Manage HubSpot campaigns and marketing workflows, review and qualify incoming leads, and execute lead nurturing strategies to support sales conversion.
• Maintain CRM data quality through list management and database cleanup.
• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.
• Coordinate virtual and marketing events, manage Eventbrite registrations and event setup, and support Zoom event logistics and attendee communications.
• Edit podcast audio and video content, create and optimize multimedia assets, and perform basic photo and image editing.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with HubSpot and managing WordPress websites.
• Background in digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience with social media management and content publishing.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
