Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and resolving issues efficiently. Listen actively to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system. Work collaboratively with team members to optimize processes and enhance service delivery. Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Assist in preparing reports on service metrics and customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in any discipline. Excellent English communication skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous. Proven experience in customer service or related roles. Familiarity with customer service software and digital tools. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, committed to quality service delivery. 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing position preferred. As part of our talented team, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with cross-functional departments to elevate the overall customer experience. This role is based in Pune and is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: ₹40,000 per month.
