About the role

As an Investment Consultant (IC) in Charles Schwab’s Branch Network, you’ll take a critical first step on the path toward becoming a Financial Consultant. The role develops core consulting skills through proactive client outreach, needs-based conversations, and solution positioning, while offering coaching, mentoring, and real-time feedback from experienced Financial Consultants.
