Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, .Net, Python, or Salesforce platforms, ensuring robust performance and scalability. Design and implement data warehouse and ETL processes to optimize data flow and analytics capabilities. Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, supporting business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX developers and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and efficient deployment pipelines. Manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimized query performance. Utilize Pega platform expertise to streamline business process automation and improve operational efficiency. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to maintain high software quality standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and enhance existing systems. What We're Looking For Required: Master’s degree completed in the USA with current visa status of OPT or CPT. Experience in IT roles with valid US work authorization such as EAD, E3, TN, L1/L2 visa holders seeking H1B sponsorship. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, Salesforce, .Net, Python, SQL, Data Warehousing/ETL, Pega, DevOps, UI/UX development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward career growth and learning. Preferred: Prior experience with H1B visa sponsorship or transfer processes. Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps tools. Experience working on enterprise-level projects or in agile teams.
