Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals for optimal performance. Deliver technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Monitor system performance and security, applying updates and changes as needed. Conduct regular data backups and recovery procedures to safeguard sensitive information. Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting protocols. Collaborate on IT projects to support company goals and technology improvements. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve support services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven skills in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems. Strong understanding of networking concepts, backup, and recovery strategies. Experience using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous. Work within a collaborative and innovative IT team, reporting directly to the IT Manager, and contribute to the company’s technological success.
