You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ITOM solutions that enhance system performance, automate workflows, and ensure seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IT Operations Management Services across IT infrastructure and services. Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Automate operational workflows and processes to boost efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of ITOM processes, workflows, and configurations. Provide expert guidance on ITOM best practices and emerging trends. Support audits, compliance, and security initiatives related to IT infrastructure. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an ITOM expert or IT operations specialist. Strong knowledge of ITOM tools, monitoring systems, and automation frameworks. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or similar ITOM platforms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
