Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and resolving client and candidate inquiries efficiently. Assist clients in identifying their staffing needs and provide tailored candidate recommendations that align with their business goals. Manage candidate communications including scheduling interviews, conducting follow-ups, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and share best practices that improve placement success rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements within the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery and stay current with industry trends. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective client and candidate interactions.
