Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and resolving client and candidate inquiries efficiently. Assist clients in identifying their staffing needs and provide tailored candidate recommendations that align with their business goals. Manage candidate communications including scheduling interviews, conducting follow-ups, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and share best practices that improve placement success rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements within the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery and stay current with industry trends. Monitor key performance indicators such as placement ratios and customer satisfaction scores to continuously improve outcomes. Support the team lead by providing feedback and insights that contribute to operational excellence and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective client and candidate interactions. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or recruitment environments. Preferred: Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is highly advantageous. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
