Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and conducting interviews to find qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth hiring process. Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using operational systems. Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues for clients and candidates. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns. Participate in onboarding new hires to ensure seamless integration into the organization. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for teamwork. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. No prior experience required; passion for recruitment and HR is a plus. Proficiency with common office software and databases.
