The company offers an environment where team members can contribute ideas, develop professionally, and have a direct impact on client success.Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Prospect, CT. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account needs. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing order activity, coordinating branding and merchandise projects, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between clients and internal teams. The Key Account Manager will develop account plans, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves resolving customer issues, preparing reports, and collaborating with operations, sales, and production to ensure an excellent client experience.Qualifications Strong account management and key accounts experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Analytical skills and business planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast needs, and develop strategic account plans.Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and clear, professional communication.Ability to work on-site in Prospect, CT, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in branding, merchandising, or B2B services is beneficial.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
