Key Responsibilities Design and implement creative lesson plans that support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development, ensuring engagement and holistic growth. Foster a positive and safe classroom environment where patience and nurturing are prioritized, making every child feel valued and secure. Assess and monitor student progress regularly, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and maximize individual potential. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing timely updates on student progress, behavior, and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to develop cohesive educational programs that promote teamwork and shared responsibility. What We're Looking For Required: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification. Proven experience working with young children in a formal educational setting. Strong patience, nurturing abilities, and excellent communication skills. Creativity in lesson planning and classroom management. Preferred: Additional certifications related to early childhood education. Experience working in multicultural environments, especially within the UAE or Middle East.
