Key Responsibilities Review and edit Danish and Norwegian translations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client-specific guidelines. Collaborate closely with project managers to fully understand project requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations. Provide constructive feedback to translators to enhance translation quality and maintain linguistic standards. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all translated content before final delivery to clients. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Efficiently manage repetitive language tasks while juggling multiple assignments and meeting strict deadlines. Track and report your progress against project milestones to ensure transparency and accountability. What We're Looking For Required: Native proficiency in Danish or Norwegian with excellent command of English. Minimum of a High School Diploma; further education in linguistics, translation, or related fields is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work. Strong organizational and task management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with localization tools and software is a plus. Previous experience in translation, editing, or language review roles preferred. Preferred: Experience working within the localization industry or with international clients. Ability to provide insightful linguistic feedback and mentor translators.
