In this pivotal role, you will oversee fence installation projects, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion. Coordinate installation schedules and logistics, ensuring all materials are prepared and on-site. Perform high-quality installations of wood, vinyl, and chain link fences. Inspect completed work to guarantee compliance with company standards and client specifications. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process. Train and mentor new team members on installation techniques, safety protocols, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of project progress and prepare performance reports for management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of proven fence installation experience preferred. Strong supervisory and team management skills. Proficient and safe operation of hand and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for client and team interaction.
