Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents related to collections and bankruptcy cases. Advise credit unions on compliance with state and federal collections and bankruptcy regulations. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations to resolve disputes effectively. Develop and implement strategic legal approaches to improve collections outcomes. Assist with trial preparation, including witness statements and evidence gathering. Maintain organized and accurate case files to support ongoing litigation. Collaborate with team members to share case updates and client insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field required. Proven litigation experience focusing on collections and bankruptcy cases.
