Join a dynamic Am Law 75 ranked firm as a Litigation Attorney to support their burgeoning new Las Vegas area offices. This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve Fortune 500 corporations and other large entities in litigation and legal defense against insurance claims and business disputes throughout the Las Vegas local area. You will be heavily involved in managing the end-to-end caseload, including legal proceedings, drafting and filing, discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial all the way through trial. This firm is highly respected for its formidable legal defense team and prowess in court. They are also well-known for fostering a collaborative work environment where associates can grow and shine as developing litigators in high-stakes legal matters of a wide variety. Required and Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school. Must be licensed to practice before the Nevada State bar. 7 to 10 years of litigation experience, preferably with a mix of civil and commercial matters. Preferred to have first-chair or second-chair trial experience. Exceptional academic credentials or Am Law exposure is crucial to success in this role.
