Effectively prioritize customer requests and manage time to maintain quick response rates. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex inquiries and share best practices. Provide feedback to improve live chat processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
