Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve lock issues for residential and commercial clients efficiently. Utilize expert lock picking techniques to assist clients locked out of their properties. Conduct on-site consultations to recommend appropriate lock and security solutions. Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high client satisfaction and trust. Stay current with the latest locksmithing trends, tools, and techniques. Document all service calls accurately and maintain detailed records of work performed. Collaborate with team members and support training of newer locksmith associates. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in lock picking and locksmith services is essential. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service abilities. Locksmith certifications preferred. Experience with a variety of lock-picking tools and systems.
