Key Responsibilities Administer anesthesia safely and effectively during surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and stability. Monitor patient vitals continuously, responding promptly to any changes or complications. Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and consultations to develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize perioperative patient care. Provide expert pain management solutions before, during, and after surgery to enhance patient recovery. Manage intraoperative complications using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based protocols. Document all anesthesia-related care accurately and promptly in electronic health records to maintain compliance and quality standards. What We're Looking For Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Anesthesiology recognized by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Current valid medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure preferred. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in anesthesiology, demonstrating proficiency in various anesthesia techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and anesthesia management software.
