Position: Full-time Logistics Customer Service Specialist Location: Hybrid (Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia) - 3 days Work From Home Salary: $800 - $1000 USD per month About Nassau National Cable: Nassau National Cable is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the industrial sector, expanding 500% in the last two years and operating across six countries worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support post-sales logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and make outbound calls to provide accurate shipment tracking updates to clients Coordinate with carriers and clients to monitor shipment locations and statuses Assist with shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL) and other required forms Communicate clearly and promptly with clients regarding delivery status and potential delays Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues efficiently Suggest improvements to shipping processes and enhance customer experience Qualifications 1 to 3 years experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or customer service related to shipping (experience is preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with track & trace systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and BOL/document generation Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) both written and verbal Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure English resume submission is mandatory Benefits Competitive salary between $800 and $1000 USD per month Hybrid work model with 3 days remote work weekly US holidays off Long-term service opportunity with career growth potential If you are passionate about customer service and logistics, and want to be part of a fast-growing international company, apply now to join Nassau National Cable!
