COFICAB continues to expand its global presence and collaborates closely with clients to address their specific needs and shape a better future together.Role Description The Maintenance Planner at COFICAB Group will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of production equipment and facilities. This full-time, on-site role based in Quimistán involves developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, coordinating work orders, and collaborating with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and production teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Planner will maintain accurate maintenance records, manage spare parts and resources, and analyze equipment performance data to improve maintenance strategies. The role also includes supporting safety and compliance standards, preparing maintenance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.Qualifications Strong skills in Maintenance Planning and Planning to schedule, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities.Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance practices, including preventive and corrective maintenance methods.Experience in Maintenance Management, including work order management, resource allocation, and documentation.Supervisory Skills to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams and support coordination of daily tasks.Experience in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment is preferred.Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and basic data analysis tools.Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Technical degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
