Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities:

* Maintain, repair, and service facility systems

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building systems

* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

* Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

* Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment

* Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

✅ 5–7 years of maintenance experience

✅ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

✅ Ability to read blueprints and schematics

✅ High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
