Manager - Sales (Mid West/South US) at Ati Motors Location: Michigan City, Indiana, United States (Remote Eligible) Salary: $140,000 per year Important: This role requires direct AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) sales experience. Role Overview Ati Motors is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and exceed sales targets within the Mid West and South US regions. The focus is on selling advanced AMR and AGV solutions to enterprise customers, particularly in automotive and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage full sales cycle for AMR/AGV solutions, from lead generation to closing deals Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform actionable sales plans Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise customers across the territory Maintain comprehensive visibility of the sales pipeline at all stages Promote AMR/AGV products by understanding customer applications and recommending optimal automation solutions Build and nurture long-term relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers Generate leads and close high-value deals to meet aggressive growth targets Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pricing models, and customer presentations Support marketing and branding initiatives to enhance market positioning Represent Ati Motors at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable): 8–15 years of B2B sales experience with proven success selling AMRs or AGVs Hands-on experience closing AMR/AGV deals (no presales or distribution-only roles) Strong exposure to automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers Prior experience in robotics and automation sales preferred Ati Motors offers a dynamic work environment with remote flexibility and competitive compensation.
