Manufacturing OperatorWe are looking for various positions located at our client's site in Tennessee, Ohio, and Alabama. We will process your work visa (TN Visa). This program will let you explore the world of auto-part manufacturing in the U.S. You will start as an Operator/Technician with the opportunity to grow up to other positions depending on your performance. We are looking to hire various talented engineers for this program.
Visually and physically inspects products at various stages of the production processInspects and records data per the company's standardsSpecific duties include inspecting and testing manufactured products for conformance to quality standards on time (with emphasis on vital product characteristics) to establish a sampling planMaintain work area and general plant conditions according to established practices and instructionsUnderstand and follow the Company’s Abnormal Stop ProceduresReports nonconformance to quality specifications to the Team LeaderAbility to use and understand quality measuring equipment and specificationsMaintain a professional attitude when communicating and working with other team members or managementParticipate in the Company's America Kaizen Program by offering improvement ideas by the established programAssist in training new team members as needed and/or recognizedComply with all attendance, safety, security, company policies, procedures, work instructions, and rulesPerforms other reasonable duties as requested by the supervisor and/or management
