We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the implementation of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, enhance visibility, and strengthen customer engagement. This role reports directly to the CEO and provides both operational and administrative support within the marketing department. Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of digital and traditional marketing campaigns . Manage social media platforms and other digital channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and generating reports. Collaborate in the design and production of advertising and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Conduct basic market research to gather information on competitors, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities. Manage and update databases of clients, contacts, and suppliers. Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing initiatives. Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Marketing Coordinator or CEO. Qualifications Previous experience or education in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $68,000 USD . Full-time position based in Miami, Florida. This role is not eligible for remote work.
