Marketing Services Specialist

We are seeking a junior Marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience and broad exposure to both traditional and digital marketing.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, preparing presentations, coordinating with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.Develop presentations and marketing materials with clear storytelling.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Participate in internal and client meetings.Support planning and day-to-day marketing initiatives.Apply marketing tools and technologies to improve campaign execution.Requirements2–3 years of marketing experience (maximum 4 years).Broad exposure to 360° marketing, including traditional and digital marketing.Experience supporting marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and presentation skills.Excellent English verbal and written communication.Strong stakeholder management and soft skills.Financial services or banking industry experience is a strong plus.
