Perform consistent follow-ups on delinquent accounts using phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to maximize collection rates. Document all collection activities accurately within CRM and internal tracking systems to ensure transparent and up-to-date records. Analyze account data trends to identify payment issues and recommend actionable solutions to management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and clarifying account statuses and payment options. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies that improve collection efficiency and member satisfaction. Proven experience in collections or customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
