Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive mini-programs using WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript to ensure high-quality user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and QA to define, design, and ship new features efficiently and on schedule. Participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality, share best practices, and mentor junior developers. Debug and troubleshoot existing mini-programs, optimizing performance and user experience based on analytics and user feedback. Stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies to continuously improve mini-program functionality and innovation. Implement user feedback by analyzing user experience metrics and refining features to increase engagement and satisfaction. Document development processes and write clear technical specifications to support team knowledge sharing and future maintenance. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Proficiency in WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript specifically for mini-program development. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development. At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on mobile or web applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred: Familiarity with mini-program frameworks and development tools beyond the basics. Experience working in cross-cultural teams or international projects. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and user experience best practices.
