Six Star Diamonds is looking for a highly motivated Multitasking Office Secretary to join our fast-paced office in New York City, NY. This full-time role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently to support our team’s daily operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective responses. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff to streamline office operations. Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement to ensure a well-equipped workplace. Perform accurate data entry and document management while maintaining confidentiality. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to enhance administrative support. Organize office files and systems to promote efficiency and easy access to information. Collaborate with team members and departments on special projects, providing administrative assistance and insights. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software. 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management preferred.
