Nd Shift

2nd shift (Flexible Hours) 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Open to Weekends)
8 OPENINGS

REQUIRED PPE:
- Steel-toe boots
- Safety glasses
- Welding helmet and gloves
- Hearing protection and hearing protection gear

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Perform tack welds on aluminum cable ladder components
- Align, fit, and position materials
- Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings
- Inspect parts for proper fit and quality
- Use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges)
- Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with other production duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous welding, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of welding principles preferred (not required)
- Ability to use hand tools and measure devices
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work 2nd shift in the future as applicable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced environment
