Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and WLAN to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Install and manage critical network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to support secure connectivity. Monitor network performance proactively using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios to identify and resolve issues swiftly, minimizing downtime. Ensure network security by implementing access control policies, firewall configurations, and compliance with industry best practices. Perform network upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning to maintain business continuity and data integrity. Collaborate closely with system administrators, security teams, and cloud engineers to integrate network solutions seamlessly. Document network configurations and procedures thoroughly to support knowledge sharing and compliance audits. Provide L2/L3 support for network-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN protocols essential for enterprise networking. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto network devices. Proficiency in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP to manage complex network topologies. Expertise in firewall configuration and adherence to network security best practices. Familiarity with network monitoring tools including SolarWinds, Nagios, and Wireshark . Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Preferred: Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or JNCIA demonstrating professional validation. Experience with SD-WAN technologies and network automation tools. Knowledge of Linux and Windows networking environments. Strong communication skills and attention to documentation detail.
