Night Shift Supervisor

This is a hands-on cleaning position with leadership responsibilities. This person will be actively cleaning alongside the team throughout the shift while also checking work, keeping everyone on task, and making sure each building is completed to KKC standards. Responsibilities include cleaning alongside the team, checking completed work, leading and supporting the team, ensuring schedule adherence, quality checks, communicating concerns, training employees, and stepping in as needed. Experience with commercial floor care or buffing equipment is a plus. Requirements include being reliable, confident, organized, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example.
