About the role

Melissa Ortiz Rodriguez is seeking a skilled and dependable order puller to join the warehouse team. The role involves accurately pulling and preparing customer orders for shipment using a forklift in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull orders from inventory based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Safely operate stand-up and cherry picker forklifts to move, locate, or load and unload products as needed.
• Help maintain accurate inventory by labeling, organizing, and storing materials in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing and shrink-wrapping products and ensuring they are safely packed.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat and cold.
• Strong attention to accuracy and quality when pulling orders and handling products.
• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
