Position: Occupational Therapist Location: Brockton, Massachusetts Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Contract Length: 13+ weeks with potential extension Pay: $50 per hour on W2 Role Overview Join EgniteHR as an Occupational Therapist providing skilled occupational therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote patient recovery and independence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals Create and update personalized treatment and discharge plans Accurately document therapy services in a timely manner Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) following state and facility guidelines Collaborate effectively with care teams and family members to support patient progress Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD) Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Massachusetts Strong clinical skills with excellent documentation and communication abilities If you or someone you know is interested in this Occupational Therapist opportunity in Brockton, MA, please reply to this posting or contact us directly for more information and next steps.
