Cloud Clerk is seeking a dynamic and organized Office Coordinator for Online Operations to join our Dallas, Texas team. This part-time position plays a crucial role in supporting daily online service operations and maintaining a productive office environment. You will ensure smooth communication, organization, and operational support, directly contributing to our company's success. Key Responsibilities Manage office communications by answering phones, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer support. Organize and maintain office files, keeping all documents current and easily accessible. Coordinate team meeting schedules and prepare necessary materials or resources. Assist with online operations logistics, including order processing and shipment tracking. Maintain office supply inventory and reorder materials to ensure uninterrupted operations. Support project coordination and follow up on action items from meetings. Promote a positive workplace culture by encouraging communication and collaboration among team members. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in administrative or office coordination roles preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Customer service experience is a plus.
