Join World Vision as an Online Customer Representative based in Texas City, Texas. We are a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service in today’s digital environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Provide detailed product information and troubleshoot technical problems customers may encounter. Process orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate customer account records. Document customer interactions and feedback using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices that enhance customer service quality. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current on product updates and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. Technical aptitude to troubleshoot basic issues and provide product support. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Empathy, adaptability, and effective problem-solving skills. As part of our supportive team, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and collaborate closely with product and IT departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Cross-functional teamwork is encouraged to drive continuous improvement. Compensation: $40,000 per year, full-time position based in Texas City, TX. This role is not eligible for remote work.
