Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service via online channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service efficiency. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Support additional administrative tasks as required by the management team. What We're Looking For: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
