Key Responsibilities Conduct interactive online English lessons tailored to diverse student needs. Create and implement innovative lesson plans to enhance language acquisition. Effectively use digital platforms and virtual classroom tools to manage and enrich classes. Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth. Foster a supportive and engaging online learning environment. Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and resources. Engage in professional development to stay updated on online teaching methodologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field required. Excellent communication skills with adaptability and patience for diverse learners. Preferred experience in online teaching or tutoring. Familiarity with virtual classroom software and learning management systems. Experience with multicultural or international student groups is a plus. Compensation: Earn $10 to $17 per hour. Each 10-minute class is paid at a base rate of $1.70 to $3. Location: Michigan City, Indiana, United States (Remote eligible)
