About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cristóbal/Balboa. In this key role, you’ll coordinate vessel operations, support port logistics, and serve as a vital link between ships, clients, and authorities. What You’ll DoCoordinate Panama Canal transits, bunker calls, and port operationsCommunicate directly with shipowners, captains, and port authoritiesHandle documentation, pre-arrival formalities, and operational updatesEnsure smooth execution of daily tasks and client satisfactionSupport internal teams with administrative and logistics coordination
What We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and operational problem-solving skillsExcellent communication in English and SpanishAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamBackground in maritime, logistics, or port agency services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or relevant experience)
