Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose ophthalmological conditions. Conduct surgical procedures including cataract and glaucoma surgeries. Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care effectively. Educate patients on ocular health and disease management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. Accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans in EHR systems. Participate in on-call duties providing emergent ophthalmic consults as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications MD or DO degree required; Board certification in Ophthalmology preferred. Minimum 3 years clinical ophthalmology experience. Strong surgical skills with proficiency in ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
