Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management (OM) and Advanced Pricing. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite solutions and working closely with business users to deliver scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions.

Required Skills:
7-10 years of Oracle EBS Functional consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management (OM).
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Advanced Pricing.
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Experience in business requirement gathering and solution design.
Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS configuration and setup.
Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRDs, MD50s, and Test Scripts.
Experience supporting Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare.
Experience working with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE Components).
Ability to work with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and configure Oracle OM & Advanced Pricing solutions.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
Work closely with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
Support testing activities including SIT and UAT.
Resolve production support issues.
Participate in Go-Live and post-production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
