Maintain clear communication with team members about work progress and challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Grade 10 or Grade 12 equivalent preferred. Physically fit to meet the demands of road maintenance work. Reliable adherence to safety protocols. Basic maintenance skills and ability to assist operationally. Strong communication and reporting abilities. Experience working effectively in team environments. This role requires physical endurance and teamwork to maintain vital road infrastructure.
