This initiative is remote-friendly and focuses on matching aspiring co-founders, fostering fundable teams, and empowering creators across key sectors to drive innovation and socio-economic impact. Key Responsibilities Bring your app/SaaS idea (or MVP), domain expertise, or social influence to collaborate with matched co-founders on building and launching viable products. Commit to equity sharing (20-50% for the right partner) and launch your app on the Mzansi App Store within 3 months (for visionaries with ideas). Contribute authentic South African insights in priority sectors such as HealthTech, FinTech, Education, Agriculture, Energy, Township Economy, AI & Automation, and more. Work collaboratively to develop, validate, and scale apps that address local challenges. Foster creativity and entrepreneurship within diverse, cross-functional teams. Required and Preferred Qualifications For Visionaries: An existing app/SaaS idea or MVP solving a genuine South African problem; willingness to partner and share equity. For Domain Experts: Deep knowledge in industries like healthcare, finance, education, or other key sectors; no coding required—just authentic local insight. Students, professionals, and side-hustlers are welcome. For Influencers: A sizeable social following (5,000+ on any platform) to bring audience engagement; idea optional. Strong passion for South African innovation and socio-economic development.
