Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalized guidance to job seekers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their career journey. Assist in creating and distributing career resources, including job market insights and resume tips, to enhance job seekers’ market readiness. Conduct timely follow-up communications to monitor progress and maintain engagement, improving job placement success rates. Collaborate with colleagues to design and facilitate professional development workshops and events that increase participant skills and confidence. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes using company databases to track job seeker progress and program effectiveness. Support outreach initiatives aimed at expanding our network and connecting with diverse populations seeking career advice. Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment by building rapport with individuals from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent credential. Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
