Key Responsibilities Facilitate the online job posting process for various client needs, ensuring accuracy and engagement. Monitor and respond to applicant submissions, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct regular updates and assessments of job postings to ensure relevancy and visibility to job seekers. Analyze job market trends to aid in strategic recruitment planning for clients. Create and maintain reports on recruitment metrics to measure success and drive improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for attracting potential candidates. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and clients. Proficiency in online recruitment platforms and familiarization with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Preferred: Prior experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus.
